Norrköping is a dynamic former industrial city, reconverted into research, innovative, university and cultural town. Norrköping is located 160 km southwest of Stockholm, in the middle of the breathtaking beautiful region of Ostergotland, on the Eastern Coast of Sweden, along the Baltic Sea.
Access
By plane:
-Stockholm Arlanda Airport (Stockholm main airport)
-Stockholm Skavsta Airport, lowcost airlines Ryanair, Wizzair. Skavsta Airport is located in Nyköping, only 50 minutes away by direct shuttle bus from Norrköping
-Norrköping Airport: direct line to Munich with BMI
-Linköping Airport (40 km southwest of Norrköping): direct line to Amsterdam with KLM
By train:
Norrköping Central Station, 73 minutes direct train ride from Stockholm. A few hours away from Gothenburg, Oslo and Copenhagen. Visit www.sj.se for more information on train connections
By road:
Norrköping is situated right on the European motorway nr 4 (E4), that is crossing Sweden North to South, with a quick access to the bridge between Malmö (Sweden) and Copenhagen (Denmark)
Accomodation Info
We are doing our best to organize free accommodation for as many contestants and festival participants as possible through hosting by local family households.
